ACT employees are HAZMAT and OSHA certified and receive training in house. We help keep Fortune 500 clients and start ups safe and accident free from hazardous waste management activities.
Our “zero tolerance” with respect to safety and documentation is backed by ACT’s commitment to maintain five times the insurance required by law. ACT possesses all the necessary permits and certifications issued by local, state and federal agencies, all of which are available for review upon request. ACT also possesses a Workers Comp modification factor of 0.66. This is the lowest rating available for organizations within our employment designation.
